I recently stayed for four nights while traveling between Sydney and Melbourne, and the experience was good. The room was spacious and spotless, which made for a comfortable retreat. The staff’s friendliness stood out, and the meals in the restaurant exceeded expectations, especially the perfectly cooked steaks. The location is convenient, with ample parking, and the warm atmosphere made me feel at home.

Brilliant place for short stay with pleasant and exceptional employees with a yelling Mercure receptionist who refused to give her name and claimed they have honest staff. Approximately a 10-minute walk to the tube station.

unbeatable location in a nice area of albury with views of the hills. and close to centre of town, eating areas and the restaurant at breakfast.

The location is perfect for exploring the town, and the staff are friendly. I loved the newly refurbished rooms, though some areas still need a little updating. The free parking was a nice perk, and the check-in process was a breeze!

My recent stay at Mercure Albury was a mixed experience. While the hotel's location is convenient, close to local landmarks and a short walk from the city center, I found the food menu disappointing and the facilities somewhat worn. the staff's friendliness and the pool area added a nice touch for relaxation. it was a decent stay for my family, but improvements are needed.

The hotel is super close to the city center, so it was easy to explore local cafes and restaurants. The check-in was a breeze, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also loved the quick access to the outdoor pool area, which looked inviting even though I didn't get a chance to use it.

The wifi was pretty unreliable; it barely worked on my phone and not at all on my tablet. I was really looking forward to using the pool, but it was locked during my visit, which was a bummer. And let’s not even get started on the crazy hot room; we had no aircon above the bed! a decent stay but some major misses.

The hotel was too expencive for the price we paid I was expecting to be clean and there was no microwave no kitchen sink so we had to go out at 9 pm to get water from the super market very dissapointing. Its not worts $150 per night the room was smelly the linen also was smelly. So you might clean up a bit or lower the prices.

Reliable place, spotlessly clean, good value. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Albury Botanic Garden. Nice quiet area with a gallery and main street close to the hotel. Well-equipped rooms with a king bed and comfortable bar area.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I had a fantastic stay and felt I got great value for my money. The room was freshly renovated, super comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider selection of hot meals.

The attention given to me by staff was of an excellent standard. My room was ready on my arrival and I was very impressed with the room itself. I was late getting down to the dining room for breakfast, but that was not a problem for the staff. Overall a very pleasing experience and I will definitely stay at the Quality Hotel on Olive next time that I am in Albury and this is due to the attention given to me.

We had a lovely stay at mercure. the staff were welcoming and attentive, making our experience special. check-in was smooth, and our room was spacious and clean. we particularly enjoyed the fantastic meals served, and the water pressure in the shower was really good. our overall experience left us feeling refreshed and content, and we would certainly return on our next trip.

No welcome drinks or perks for loyalty members. 😕.

Had a great city break here! The location is super convenient, just a short stroll to the CBD, making it easy to explore everything. The staff were really friendly and check-in was a breeze. I loved the comfy bed—it was the perfect spot to crash after a long day out. Plus, there's on-site parking, which is a huge bonus!

The place feels a bit tired and outdated. The lift was pretty dodgy and noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. the bathroom could definitely use some TLC, especially with the shower issues and lack of proper towels. A little upgrade could make a big difference!

Well presented rooms with class! A short walk to the CBD all round grate quality!
